Overview

Stunning and well maintained home close to Disney on the gated community of Highgate Park. This home has one of the largest pool decks in the area and it extends beyond the pool, so is one of the few pools in Florida that you can sit, walk, sunbathe all the way round. Together with a generous sized lanai and colourful planting around the pool screen this home could be the reason why you never visit the parks that the area is famous for. Add on a spa pool, lots of seating and loungers , plus a barbeque then you have every reason to stay in. There is a child safety fence and some pool toys for the little guests.

We chose this home because it has a wonderful friendly feel to it, the layout is great for sharing, whatever your grouping, but there is also room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The great room is the heart of the home and features a seating area and two dining areas as well as the generous sized kitchen. All the appliances are there, as well as plates, cutlery and glasware for you to make every meal in the home if that is what you want to do.

There is a master king bedroom with huge master bathroom, queen bedroom with full bathroom next door whist the twins share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. The twin rooms can have the option of Disney Princess or Toy Story bedding if your children want to really live the Disney dream. All linens and towels are provided - though we ask that you do not take them away from the villa.

Our garage is a fully fitted games room with pool table, foosball, air hockey and basketball games. The whole area is a magent for families so we have a pack and play crib, high chair, changing mat , bed rail and door gate to make your stay with young children that much easier. We provide these all FREE of charge.

We also provide wi-fi internet access - but you must bring your own laptop please and long distance calls to mainland US and Canada.

We also have a fully automated booking system on the web site, but you can also pay via PayPal, direct into our bank accounts in the UK or US. We are always here to give advice and talk you through your specific needs - this is your holiday not a PACKAGE and we want it to be as unique as you are. We always offer early booking discounts so make sure you get the dates you want - only a few dates left in 2010 and already booking for 2011.

There are only a few things that we ask you do NOT do - please do not smoke in our home (out on the deck is fine though) and in view of the problem with allergies we ask that you leave your pets at home.
